1. Where are you located?

MCBC is located at 2250 N Mount Juliet Rd, Mount Juliet, TN.

2. What are your service times?

Sunday Classes for all Ages – 10:00 am

Sunday Worship Service – 11:00 am

Wednesday Evening Service – 7:00 pm

3. Is there a Bible Study class for me?

We currently have have a Bible Study class to meet the needs of every person who comes to MCBC. Regardless of where you are in life, there’s a place for you at Music City Baptist Church.

4. What opportunities do you have for children?

Our children’s program incorporates times of fun and games with teaching from God’s Word and scripture memorization. During our Sunday morning service and on Thursday evenings, children ages 4 years – 6th grades participate in their own Kidz World Junior Church classes that includes a time of music and teaching geared towards their age group. As you can see, there’s no lack of opportunity for your children at MCBC!

5. What opportunities do you have for adults?

With many ministries available, there’s something for everyone at FBC. For example you can: sing, play in the orchestra, serve asgroupan usher or greeter, join us on weekly visitation, care for babies in the nursery, teach, serve coffee on Sunday mornings, run sound or video during a service, work a safety team detail, serve on a grass cutting team, plant flowers, clean the church, serve in special events and meals, and enjoy the fellowship of others. There’s no lack of opportunity for you at MCBC!

6. What’s your nursery like?

At MCBC our desire is to things decently and in order. This principle extends to our nursery ministry where our goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and loving environment for your child. Safety and Security are top priorities. Our teams are constantly patrolling our nursery and children’s area looking for anything or anyone out of the ordinary.


7. What’s the Sunday morning schedule like?

Sunday morning begins with Bible Study classes at 10:00 a.m. Be sure to arrive a few minutes early and enjoy a fresh cup of coffee. Classes end at 10:45 a.m. as people make their way to the auditorium for our 11:00 a.m. service.

8. Can I meet the Pastor?

Yes! At the end of our services, Pastor Graham would be happy to meet you. There will also be other members of MCBC who would love to talk to you more about or church and help answer your questions.

9. How should I dress?

At Music City there’s no specific dress code for those who attend. We do believe that the Bible teaches a principle of modesty. You’ll find people dress casual and many in traditional Sunday dress when they come. However, our desire is for you to feel welcome when you join us for worship at MCBC.

10. Where should I park?

Parking is readily available near the entrance to the building.

11. What are your accommodations for the disabled?

We have handicapped parking along the front of the building and next to the sidewalk. All of our facilities are handicap accessible.

12. What are the services like?

At MCBC our desire is to honor the Lord and have worship services that give glory and praise to His name. As such, you’ll find our services full of uplifting music including traditional hymns, choruses, songs, specials, soloists and special groups. There’s a time of announcements, an offering, plus special times of recognition. Everything is done to prepare hearts for the preaching of God’s Word.

13. Will I be singled out during the service?

Our desire is never to embarrass anyone during one of our services. If you’re a visitor, you are our honored guest. You’ll simply be given a visitor packet. We’d love for you to fill out the information card inside the packet so that our Pastor could drop you a note or give you a call.

14. Am I expected to give money during the offering?

At Music City Baptist Church we practice the Biblical principle of Stewardship by the giving of tithes and offerings. However, as a visitor we don’t expect you to participate in our offering. Our desire is for the Lord to speak to your heart and for our service to be a blessing and encouragement to you.

15. How can I get a copy of a sermon?

Sermon CD orders can be placed at the conclusion of our services and will be ready for pick up usually by the next service. You can also listen to our sermons online at our web site on the media page.

16. I’m new and would like to know more about MCBC. How can I learn more?

If you’re a visitor or have been coming for a while and would like to learn more about our ministry, we will periodically conduct an Intro to MCBC class that meets for four weeks during our Bible Study hour on Sundays at 10:00 a.m. The class is limited in size to provide for discussion and is taught by a staff member from the church. It covers our church history, constitution, ministries, spiritual gifts, and ways that you can get involved in the ministry of the church.

17. Are your services interpreted for the deaf?

All of our services and special events can be interpreted for the deaf as needed. Additionally, we have a hearing assisted system for those who need that capability.

18. How can I get involved at MCBC?

The first step is to join and discover what your spiritual gifts are. Once you know them, or if you already know what they are, then talk to one of our staff, or your Bible Study teacher about what interests you and where you’d like to get plugged in. There’s something for everyone and our desire is to encourage you in your walk with the Lord and service to Him!
