How do I get to Music City Baptist?
What to Expect
You’ll find our growing campus at 7104 Lebanon Rd in Mount Juliet, TN. The main entrance is marked so you shouldn’t have any problems finding your way in.
You’ll find out worship services filled with beautiful and inspiring music. The time of worship is always followed by a clear, helpful, and challenging Bible message from our Pastor or guest speaker. This service is usually around one hour in length. Also, at 10:00 am on Sunday, there are Bible classes for all ages. These classes are smaller group settings where you are invited to meet people, enjoy perhaps some coffee and donuts, and hear a teaching lesson more directly applicable to your life-stage. The best way to get to know people at Music City is to visit one of these Bible classes.
Where do I take my children?
Starting with nurseries, there is something special for every age child. At every service there are safe, clean nurseries for children three years old and under. There are Bible-centered classes for children ages four through 6th grade that are fun, friendly, and engaging. These classes are staffed with trained, friendly, and well-qualified teachers and helpers who will make church exciting and memorable for your child.
We would be honored to help you find the appropriate nurseries, classes, and services for every person in your family. Our greeters and ushers are located around by the entrances and will gladly help direct and even escort you to the right place.
What about my teens?
Our student ministries consist of our junior high and high school age kids. The teens attend their class at 10:00 am on Sundays and then the worship service with the adults.
How Should I Dress?
There is not a dress code at Music City for members or guests. Some of our ministry leaders and many of our church family dress in more traditional “Sunday” dress while others dress more casually; however, our main goal is that you would feel welcome and comfortable on your visit here at MCBC!
Am I Expected to Participate in the Offering?
No. We don’t invite you to church for your offering. We want our service to be a gift to you. We hope you will find in this place a warm family spirit, truth from God’s Word, and a place where you can grow in God’s grace. Please don’t feel any obligation to participate in the offering as a guest.
Are Nurseries Provided
Loving nursery workers provide a clean and safe environment so parents can have peace of mind while they attend the adult Bible classes or one of the worship services. MCBC has implemented a number of safety features and security measures to ensure that your child will have a safe, enjoyable experience while you attend our services. Volunteers who work with children are carefully interviewed, screened, and trained.
Children’s worship is available for ages 4 years old 5th Grade at our 11:00 service. It is amazing how much your child will learn in these classes specifically tailored for children. They will come home singing new songs, quoting verses they have memorized, displaying their crafts, and sharing with you important truths they are learning from the Bible. They will learn things like the importance of obedience, being kind, sharing, and even more important truths, like who Jesus is, and the fact that God loves them and made them for a unique purpose. The teachers and workers are trained, dedicated, compassionate, and excited to be a small part of the life of your child.
